i suggest in the future you buy a real Gaming PC and not a toaster

well, teh best soloution is to reinstall you game, install the frameworks 3.5 from microsoft, and c ++ redustructble, teh newest gfwl client, and capibility settings to win 7

look in your add remove programs and check to see if you have Microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 redistibutable they are easy downloaded from the web. from windows trusted sites.

If you use patch 1.0.8.0, remove the "-availablevidmem" it's redundant.
The seculauncher is a error in Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 or most likely the lack of having it at all on your pc
