hey me and my friends are having some bad desync

ok so when me and my friends(3 others) try to play the game with no mods on and has it up to date one of my friend constantly desync's right when i hit play and we cant seem to find the reason i have all but the newest dlc's and the the dlc that adds the legends system is off right now as that was a problem in the past. any help would be great.

Desyncs are still a thing.
if they happen periodically its alright, 1.19 is nowhere as bad as 1.18 was

if your experiencing rapidly clustered desyncs, restart your games and rehost the lobby.

thats the thing the desync happens the moment the game starts moving almost every time but its only with the one friend and what your saying is what we normally do but when it happens right away i have a feeling theres something else going on

Side note, every time you have a OOS, CK3 will generate an entire backup file in your Documents/PDX/CK3 under OOS. make sure you and your friends clear that folder periodically. it eats up your storage.

if any of u gets a desync popup text just move it outside the screen, ignore it and resume playing, if none of you interact with the popup everything will work just fine. If he stills gets desynced change the data speed settings (must be the host) in the multiplayer lobby settings before inviting anyone, then play the first 1-2 months at minimum time speed and dont interact with any activities or decisions. Even if you do everything right the game will still desync from time to time (specially if you do player related events like inviting other players to events or using any intrigue mechanics on other players) because the multiplayer is poorly made. Also i recommend NEVER setting the time speed above 3 as it can cause missmatches and desyncs
