I dont have Intel
I have Nvidia. I reinstalled CP2077 & it thinks I have outdated Intel. Rewording my question to google keeps giving me the same reddit post that didn't fix it: https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkgame/comments/znnx2y/cyberpunk_using_integrated_graphics_instead_of_gpu/
so i checked youtube & again theyre all the same "click the drop down & set preferred graphics processor: High-performance NVIDIA processor" I dont have that drop down option..

Maybe list your system spec and if you have installed the latest graphics drivers from the manufacturers website.

Why do you say "it thinks I have outdated Intel"? Can you describe that?

You won't have the "preferred graphics processor" setting if your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics or if integrated graphics is hardware disabled.

For instance, my laptop does. And has that setting in the control panel. My desktop does not have integrated graphics (i7-12700F*) so that setting does not exist.

*The F marks an Intel processor without integrated graphics.

Sounds to me like the machine doesn't know there is a separate graphics card installed.

Bottom of the launcher reads: "Your Intel graphics driver is out of date. To ensure the best experience, in stall the latest drivers. (grab them here)."
I clicked the linked & downloaded something I didn't need, it ran a test & told me "no update available for your system"

Oh, that can be ignored. At least I ignore anything a third party tells me about something I spent 25+ years for a living.

Edit: Also as a general thing. Don't install anything that doesn't come from your Operating System or Manufacturer of your hardware and Think hard about it before you do. I cannot stress enough how much out there is useless or worse, data gathering.

I don't have Cyrix.

But in all seriousness, yes, you very much do have Intel

Ahhh. Im seeing the issue now. Last week I had to take my RAM out & put it back in. Tower was turning on but the monitors weren't coming on. Luckily that fixed it. But I seem to have janked something up when plugging all the cords back in.
Can you clear up what you mean for me? ELI5, i'm not tech savvy at all as interesting as I find it all

Just ignore it, i see this also in red launcher because my mobo has integrated graphics, and yes the drivers are up to date but it still shows.

Just disable built in CPU Intel graphics in BIOS and thats it.
Hit the Windows key and then type "Graphics" and you'll see a Graphics Settings option. Click that. Scroll down to "choose an app to set performance." In the dropdown menu, select Desktop App. If Cyberpunk isn't listed in the list below, click Browse. Navigate to your Cyberpunk install folder (for me, for example, that's F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 but you may have it on your C drive or wherever, so proceed accordingly) and select the Cyberpunk2077.exe executable and make sure it's added to the aforementioned list. Then click on it in the list, then hit Options, and in the menu that opens choose High Performance and make sure your video card is listed. Save.

That should force the game to launch using your dedicated GPU.

Nvdia is your GPU
Intel or AMD is your CPU

There should be a setting in your control panel that should say to use your GPU.
