Description
** NOTE: This collection is severely outdated! A newer collection along with new submissions will be coming at some point in the coming weeks/months (depending on my availability to work on this project). This collection is **not up to date**!

This is a total conversion of Wisp's particles (along with other parts of Dota 2), re-imagined as a "Datastar"; an artificial "star" created out of an immense accumulation of data over countless eons of exposure to quantum radio emissions.
