Description
Due to weather effects currently not being a submit-able cosmetic, the Stellar Fields weather effect is currently submitted as a loading screen. Please note that this is hopefully not permanent and that (also hopefully) Valve will allow us to submit custom weather effects at some point in the future!

If you want to see and test out this weather effect, check it out in the Wisp Datastar Progenitor cosmetic demo. Make sure you equip the Pestilence weather effect to see the custom particles in action, as the Stellar Fields particles overrides the Pestilence weather effect.
