Restored local files and cannot reapply mods
I restored local files and can no longer see the effects of mods! The files are still in mods folder but I dunno how to make them work again!

Try removing them all from the mods folder and then starting the game a couple of times. They should all be redownloaded and reapplied (assuming you are still subscribed)
