* Pillars now return to inventory when placed more than allowed

* Pillars can now be placed on rafts/saddled dinos. This immobilizes the raft/dino until the pillar is picked back up. Also make the raft/dino take no dmg on buff, regardless of settings.

* Fixed plant turret detection for magic timer.

* Fixed Magic Timer Calc not getting replicated values.

* Hopefully fixed 0% melee DMG that is happening at random.

* Refactor of a lot of code. Mod almost entirely rebuilt again in sense of backend changes. Much less overhead.

* New Feature - Invincibile Dinos Drop Inventory - When enabled, dinos that are buffed with No DMG, will drop their inventories in bags on the ground. The bags are pesistent through server restarts, have no decay timer, and will return their items to the dinos on debuff. Dinos will maintain their auto eat foods, and equipped saddles.

* New UI - Tabs - Logs and Settings are now split. Logs have a new look. Settings now has Magic Timer Calculator, so you can tweak your magic timer to your hearts content. Button in the very top left to switch between the two.

* Logs UI - Admins can now pull logs for all tribes from any pillar, including the ORP CCA logs.

* Magic Timer Calculator - When not in test mode, it will show the current Magic Timer penalty for that pillar. This does not factor in near pillars though, like the actual Magic Timer does. If you have a base with multiple pillars near eachother overlapping, you will need to calcluate the total off of the combination of those pillars. This is to give a more accurate representation for that specific pillar when looking at the UI. You can also select 'Test' and define your own structure count against the timer.

* New logger - All new... Also has API endpoint support. Please see related discussion thread. Ability to do full debugging along with specific tribe debugging. Use Full Debug and Tribe Debug at your own risk, as it causes massive lag spikes. Should only be used when something has gone wrong.

* Fixed baby maturing while buffed, causing debuff, which would cause negative DMG on debuff from pillar when tribe came online.

* Admins can now teleport to a random ORP Pillar with cheat scriptcommand TeleportToORP

* Fixed Debuff actor from the latest ARK update breaking mods. If the base is buffed, and the pillar is destroyed, it would not debuff properly. If you have stuck debuff pillars (100:100 health pillars), leave them in place, and they will properly debuff and remove themselves, when you update the server.

* New Version Check feature. ORP can now check if the version running on the server is out-of-date or not. If it is, it will send notifications to all players, letting them know that ORP has updated, and to notify an admin. There is also an option in the UI, to have it only notify online admins. Although, if this is checked, and there are no admins online, no notifications will be sent.
