* Fixed typo in json string for ORP2 Server Listings

Server admins will need to define an option in GUS.ini to be 'connectable' in future server listings for ORP2, if the server uses a different query port other than 27015 for steam. You are basically redefining it for me, as there is no reliable way for me to obtain your query ports.

So, if you have redefined your QueryPort for steam, you will need to define it for me as well, so that when someone clicks the 'Connect' button on an ORP2 server listing, from the ORP2 server listings site, it will connect them to the right port for steam.

Note the section name is [ORP2] for this one

* Fixed unclaiming exploit.
* Fixed issue with destroingy on decayed
* Added new base claiming on decayed feature to ORP, toggleable through UI
* Changed to delta changes for Buffing, now that ARK properly supports what I need. No more need for negative XP.
* New official server listings for ORP2. Servers must update to be listed.

* Refined some of the code to better fit the new detection methods. Improves performance some.

* Fixed an issue where ORP could crash the server after uninstall (Could only replicate in SP).

* Removed buffing of food and water, as it appears it is no longer needed.

* Added option to destroy an ORP protected base for admins.

* Base claiming will come when ARK fully supports it (has been confirmed by WC, most likely Dec 21).

* ORP pillars will now decay, and will set their decay time to the longest time needed to match the structure it is protecting that has the longest time.

* Fixed Dino detection, which broke in v248, Real Life complicates things.

*All new detection methods all around. Should have much less impact on the server, and the server lag on tribe going offline should be resolved.

*Updated UI to reflect local pillar dino and structure count, as the new methods only keep track of local dino and structure.

* Magic Timer Calculator UI coming in next update.

** ORP2 Critical Update

* Fixed HP and DMG buffed dino's stats getting frozen and reset on server restart. Bugged dinos will need to go through a full buff cycle with the new update, and then a world save and server reboot needs to happen. Adding a stat to a reset stat at this point should bring it back to normal. The applied stats during this bugged period should reflect correctly as well. Dinos that are maxed out on levels, will not be able to be corrected, unfortunately. Respawn the dino at the level it came up tamed, and max it out by adding experience while riding.
* Went back to Negative XP method for HP and DMG buffed dinos. No other options at the moment as everything else in ARK bugs out otherwise.
* Rebuilt server restart code to handle buffing/debuffing correctly.
* Fixed issue with UI changes not committing.
* Fixed disappearing pillars. Pillars that disappeared will need to go through a server reboot after updating to buff on restart. Meaning, they wont buff the first time when updating on server restart.
* Added MultiUse option to Uninstall ORP from the server. (Admins only of course).
