Attack Southern Altis

This mission is a ZEUS teamplate, w/ includes a new country: the southern altis republic. This is mainly for private use by me and some friends, but feel free to use it.

Includes 3 new cities (2 very small 1 medium), borders, dividing the countries and a bunch of military bases.

Lore: a italian dude discovers oil in the big south peninsula in altis, and the italian goverment sends a bunch of settlers to that region. latter on, they declare independence and the italians send a force to the region (not their army) after the fight a cease fire is declared and the new country gains independence
