good game

Swelter all together is a very enjoyable experience. While the level design and items you come across are well made. The mod lacks in consistency with things like Voice Acting and what props you can/can't pick up. Another issue i had was that citizens didn't have extra dialog for re-clicking on them, at some points i missed what someone had said, And i couldn't ask them to re-explain it to me quickly.

Overall, the game feels like if Valve made a Call Of Duty title. With cod-like mechanics prominent throughout the beginning and the end. Although everything in the middle was very true to a Half-Life game and very creative.

I give Swelter a 6/10, the game mechanics become out of place at times and i'm often taken out of the role of the character. But content such as puzzles, driving segments and smaller world details/story telling make the game still worth playing.

The game is worth it for car lovers. My only gripe is there is no "open world" option for online play, but the friend-only 6 player lobbies are fine enough.

Amazing fan made game set in the Half-Life Universe. It has that standard quality you would expect from an actual Valve game. It is worth your time playing if you've played through the entire HL series.

realistic shooters make me realise i hate real life

Hopefully Microsoft can show Bethesda how to treat a game both during and after development. This game is still buggy and has slight issues with general polish. Is it worth the money? Only when it's on sale.

If you somehow can't play CSGO one day. This is a great alternative.

The only thing keeping me in this game is the fact that i can share the pain with friends :)
