Story is great, i love the new twist (wont spoil) but its a nice change up from the over used *wow defeated shao khan and save the princess and become greatness wowwww* its an amazing mix of new and old character. Lots of hidden eastereggs in dialogue and maps from previous MKs like deadly alliance and Armageddon. Characters that wouldnt be used in other games are super fun to play whit in this game. Been playing since deadly alliance so its cool to see some of these "Kameos". Online is very fun this year to with mastery ranks to grind for and single player invasions that change every season. 3 bar power system is back and crushing blows r gone, combos are more eye candy this year vs dmg, but that being said dmg has increased alot this year with rounds ending pretty quick.
