handsome collection regularly goes on sale for very cheap prices, so even if you think you might not like this game, still buy it on the off chance that a friend wants to play it with you

the gameplay is engaging and rewarding when pulled off correctly, the level design is solid (bar on a rail and the entirety of xen) and the graphics have aged like ♥♥♥♥ but still have charm to them. the biggest part of this game has to be the way it handles storytelling. being in control of gordon while other characters relay info to you makes the game feel that much more immersive. a solid 8.5/10 experience that everyone should try at least once.
