While I've only have 3 hours into the Early Access, I see GREAT potential down the road, and I'm super excited to see what Mainframe does! Today is launch day, and while hiccups are occurring, Mainframe has posted they are aware of the issues and working on it. People are losing their minds and leaving bad reviews for no legit reasons at all. I commend Mainframe and salute them. This game is SO much potential! I am very excited for it's future.

With much trepidation I choose this game over Palworld. At currently 109 hours into it, I am glad I did. I'm sure I'll give PW a try eventually, but right now I am loving Enshrouded. I love the survival crafting games Valheim, 7days to die, Ark, Conan Exiles, and Icarus. Enshrouded has now been added to that list. The building part of this game is amazing. The only downfall is it missing round/corner shapes, but I understand it's EA so I'm not too concerned.

The exploration part is very engaging as well. From what I understand, only 1/3 of the world is currently available to us, and that turns out to be quite a lot. It's a big world to explore and running across structures or camps not on the map is enjoyable.

Crafting is well thought out and fairly deep. It's definitely one of those where everything is going to be used. You don't starve or dehydrate, but food and drink are used for powerful buffs.

Character creation is complex and fun, although you end up looking like a hobbit no matter what you choose. :)

Combat is fast and fun, although the enemy ai needs a little tlc, and dying comes often. I'm glad there's no death counter as I'm sure mine is over a 100 easily, mostly from gliding into the red lava of death or having a mob run up from behind me and one shot me. :p

All in all, I give it a solid thumbs up considering it's only been released and has the potential to become a major player in survival crafting games.

This game is crazy addictive and loads of fun. The Fun Pimps listen to their players and updates come out regularly and are always substantial. Best zombie crafting game out there. Feeling lost since Just Survive tanked? Give this a try.

Excellent game! Lot of fun, so many changes. I highly recommend it!

Not worth it. Not friendly to new players. Not free-to-play. Unless you have tons of friends or in a big corporaton it's not worth the hassle.

Having played 33 hours, I can honestly say this is one game that I'm glad I picked up even though it's still in Early Access. Having played a lot of ARK and H1Z1, I was looking for a new survival game, and found this ditty quite by accident.

I can't recommend it high enough. It has all the surviving, crafting, mining, building, exploring the planet, then building a spaceship and taking it to the stars.

This is a very addicting, fun game.

Having said that, it's still in Early Access with some features not implemented, like more solar systems, but they are coming. The building is similiar to minecraft, or perhaps more like Landmark. Watch some videos on Youtube. It has singleplayer as well as multiplayer modes. In singleplayer, you can change into creativemode and get endless resources to do whatever you want. There are factions as well (guilds) and PVP in space and on space stations and capital ships.

11/10 would be killed by a raptor like creature, then killed by an alien with a spear, then killed by a mechanical drone, , then plummet back to the planets surface and die a fiery death when I ran out of fuel.

Withover 1400+ hours invested, I still find myself logging in every day. It's in Alpha, to be sure, and has its sure of bugs and such, but definately worth trying out.
