Who do I have to talk to to get a Super Earth conscript stratagem in the game?

How had I not heard of this before?

Great blend of fast-paced action, horror, and stealth. Environmental world-building is engaging as well.

The only thing this game is missing is more.

Early Access Review
The scariest part of this game is that I actually had some fun.

Some constructive criticisms:
- There's not a lot of feedback when you get a kill. The crosshair turning red or something would go a long way. They little picture shows up but a visual reminder that doesn't take you out of gameplay would be nice.
- I think the devs should really lean into the silly setting. The monkey names for all the guns is a great start, but I think this should go into the weapons themselves. What if there was a cannon that shot bananas? Or a throwable monkey? Laser guns? A large suite of ridiculous weaponry would go a long way.
- There should be some sort of progression system. Gun unlocks, currency, something to feel like you're moving forward.

Good luck Gombe Games!

It's like you get to go on a date with the woman of your dreams but every couple minutes she'll take out her phone and read you excerpts of her middle school self-insert fanfiction

Just started playing this game. It is very very excellent, but I thought'd I'd pitch in my opinion of what can be improved, since it is early access. I really hope the developer reads this.

I have two problems, both with the visual design of the enemies.

1. Whenever they die, they just go poof and disappear. For a game about necromancy and skeletons, this seems unfitting to me. It isn't very satisfying. It'd be nice if you saw them crumble into the bones you use, or something, possibly accompanied by some sort of more distinct sound for each enemy. Anything, aside from an identical poof for everyone. It could also be more distinct when you kill a champion. A unique sound or animation, that way I can recognize my achievement.

2. I also feel that the melee enemies shouldn't just deal contact damage with no indication of an attack. All of the friendly minions have an animation, followed by an attack with a specific pattern and area of damage. The enemy archers I've encountered also have this. Why isn't it the same with melee meanies? If strictly having contact damage is for game balancing, then a small little swing or poking with the sword (maybe when I get near?) could help remind me that they are attacking. The way it is now can make it very hard to tell if they're gonna hit me or not when I get close. Looks super weird when they walk up and your health starts draining, like they're sucking it out of you for something.

Don't get me wrong, this game is fantastic. Everything else is spot on -- a great idea, great music, the stupid funny humor, engaging yet simple gameplay, tangible progression, and most of all the old english -- it's all there and done very well. I just think the game could benefit from some visual revamping of the meanies.

Keep up the good work!

Edit 2: I'm changing my review again. Season 5 has brought a number of needed improvements, the foremost of which is getting battle pass xp for custom games (and custom games actually working?????!!!!!!). I have yet to experience any bugs, but the big thing that changed my mind is forge AI.

It was confusing at first, this forge is a lot more complicated than any previous iteration. But what you can do with the forge AI has...massive possibilities. It is super fun to make modes with and I hope they add updates to add more AI and AI tools.

Now, the game isn't perfect. The new features, while very fun, have limits. An increase to the amount of AI on the field at once to would allow possibilities to go even further. 32 is a high number, but for a large scale BTB type deal, you would need more for them to matter.

The biggest problem is the arsenal. There is no reason they shouldn't have all the variants and weapons from Halo 5's diverse arsenal, which included almost every weapon from every game. I get being worried about game balance, but all you have to do is exclude those sorts of weapons from competitive modes. At least give them to us in forge and custom games. I don't see why they haven't done this.

***end of edit 2

Edit: No real content updates in a year, no real bug fixes in a year. You can see below I was hyped at the future prospects of the game; now I am just disappointed.

Has not been a wonderful Halo multiplayer since 3.
And this.
This is good 'ole, classic Halo fun with a modern twist.

Those "magical moments" from former entries are back, and now there's a grappling hook so no one is allowed to complain. They put BOTS in Halo, man, and they work.

They listened to the fans, and well, they made a game that I am happy to play.

I get some stuttering but it is a beta. Also see other people complaining about armor customization when they just got Halo for the price of free (and you still get cosmetics for free?). It's not a dress-up game, this is Halo, and it is fun to play.

My one complaint is that ragdolls don't go flying everywhere all the time but that might just be me.

Play this game and feel joy.

I have completed the tutorial and a skirmish in this game, and, since it came out today, thought it would be useful for the developers to give my first impressions.

Pros:
+The concept of the game is excellent.
+The physics of objects is entertaining
+The tutorial of this game was enjoyable. Never thought I'd say that.
+The controls of the game are intuitive, aside from one thing I'll get to later.
+The ability to roll into a ball was unexpected and welcome
+I loved the hidden item in the tutorial
+The atmosphere of careless corporations is hilarious
+The sound design of the ranged weapons is a little quiet but quite satisfying.
+Graphical style is very appealing and pretty
+The unit icons are well done

Cons (I understand these may be corrected in the future but thought I should include them for player feedback):
- There is no option to control mouse sensitivity that I could find
- You have to click and drag to select a single bot as far as I am aware
- There is no part of the tutorial where you really use the tactical mode
- Subtitles for the tutorial would be helpful
- I'm not sure how I feel about the player's bot's voice in the tutorial. It seems tacky
- The menus and fonts aren't that pretty. I suspect this is largely due to early access.
- While the graphics are very pretty, your UI is not. This is exemplified by the reloading icon, which seems squished, bland, and out of place. I feel that if stylized in the same way as the graphics, and given a cleaner look, this game would be fully gorgeous.
- Guns doing no damage to buildings sucks. I understand this for balancing purposes but negligible damage rather than no damage at all would be preferable.
- Selecting neobotics breaks the game. I understand this faction has yet to be released but I feel that if it breaks the game it should not be included yet.
- I wish I could control more than just my squad. I feel that a lot of the battle is completely out of my control, especially with other factions roaming around, as I can only focus on one.
- If the enemies do have commanders, I have not run into them. I feel that this would help to balance the gameplay as well.

Overall, this game seems to be off to an excellent start. The game is fun to play, and when it comes down to it, that's what you want. Obviously, being so early access, a lot can be improved, and I hope this game turns out to be a masterpiece. If you like anything in the realm of battle simulator games, it's definitely worth the ten dollars, and supporting something that might become another big title in the genre.
