If you are English, don't even bother getting the game. All the servers are German, French and Spanish only. Even if you know basic of the languages, you will be kicked automatically by a bot. There are like 3 English speaking servers and they are always full unless you pay the servers.

Also the game bluescreens my top-end PC randomly. Once it did it just because I opened Steam Overlay in the main menu.

Funny how French and Spanish can play the WW2 game but not the British...

WARNING: GAME CONTAINS LETHAL LEVELS OF IRONY

Trippy and unique worlds to explore and some fun mechanics to use in them. Wouldn't suggest playing too long at a time as some areas can get repetitive when you don't know what to do next, but other than that, its amazing.

The first time you save your game, you'll know what you're in for.

Main servers are dead, at least in the EU. Only place you are ever gonna get players are duel servers, easily the worst part of the game unless you are willing to sell your soul and spend 800 hours learning how to abuse Crush's broken animation system.

Used to be fun for both casual and more serious play. For more casual play Frontline and Invasion were great, but since the game isn't friendly at all to newer, casual players (thanks to crush once again) the playerbase has died. This would be ok if 1v1 duels were advanced enough to let ranked servers and duel servers cater to the more no-lifey players, like myself...but nope. Its formulaic animation abuse. Who can abuse the broken systems of the game better than the other.

Even winning a duel at high level feels like a chore, its not fun, its a slog. The only times I have fun duelling are against weaker players, where I get to see a glimpse back to what it was like before everyone just pushed animations to their limits. I don't even think this is something that can be fixed, its a core problem of the game and not enough players even see it as a problem for it to ever be addressed until they get to the endgame.

Its not fun anymore.

I find purging very relaxing.
