Inexcusable port though

The first time I ever played (and finished) this game was on PS Now via PC at 480p/30FPS with massive imput lag on the controls. I loved the game then but playing it on PC @ 1080p/60FPS with Raytracing... Its a totally different game.

To me this is the best Spider-Man game since Ultimate Spider-Man on PS2.

HIGHLY recommend it to literally anyone!!

As someone who has played (and owns) every Call of Duty, this game makes me physically sick to play.

TTK is fine, but the screenshake when firing is nauseating.

Movement in this beta feels horrible compared to MW2019.
It feels like they tried taking R6 Siege's movement and sped it up a tiny bit. (this is with bare guns btw)
Kinda wish they just would have kept the movement from MW2019, it was borderline perfect minus the slide cancelling.

Progression past Level 24 feels like a crawl which is fine but I feel like guns got way slower as well. Earlier it felt like I was getting 1 - 3 levels a gun per match, now I barely get one after getting 15+ kills in TDM.

Ground War is still kinda mid but Invasion a little bit better, its like Attrition from Titanfall 2
3rd Person Moshpit is neat but why is the only playlist that has Hardpoint?

From a technical standpoint the game is running fine on aging hardware (RTX 2060S w/ Ryzen 2600 / 16GB RAM). Getting around 80 - 100 FPS in Quickplay and 60 - 70 FPS in Ground War / Invasion, all with Extreme graphics preset and DLSS on Quality.

I dont hate this Beta (game?), its still Call of Duty at its core, just does not feel very good to play.

I can safely say that after almost 25 hours that Halo Infinite Multiplayer is fantastic but has some issues, some nitpicky, some not.

The Good:
- Graphics are amazing
- Runs really well (hardware permitted)
(RTX 2060S, Ryzen 2600, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11. Game runs 60 FPS on Ultra @ 1080p)
- General Gameplay is fun and varied
- Theater has got some REALLY good QoL stuff
- Ranked having 3 separate brackets is nice (Solo/Duo Controller and M&K, Crossplay)
- its Halo

The Meh:
- Some guns feel weird and even a bit weak (Bulldog, Heatwave, Pulse Carbine, Ravager)
- Map design is a bit bland. The locales are great but some maps feel like they have been copy/pasted for both teams sides
(i.e. Aquarius, Bazaar, Behemoth)
- The free cosmetics feel almost non-existent
- Maps feel a bit too small

The Bad:
- Battle Pass XP gain
- No Quick Play/Ranked Playlists (i.e. Slayer only Playlist)
- Cosmetics sets being $20+ is kinda crazy. (I understand that game is F2P but maybe let us work towards some long term?)
- Custom Games straight up don't apply settings sometimes

The Nitpicky:
- I feel the TTK should be a BIT lower, like maybe slightly less shield (reduce about maybe 10%)
- Aiming on PC feels totally borked, Feels like I am emulating Analog on a Mouse. (i.e. Halo Reach flights) feels better on Controller

That's all my general thoughts on Halo Infinite Multiplayer """Beta""" so far, overall wonderful experience (definitely more good than bad) but some things can and need to be changed.
I know that 343i are already tackling the Battle Pass XP issue and have said more modes are on the way. Kudos to them!

Major issues that I think need to be changed on are the QP/Ranked Playlist, Custom Games, and responsiveness on PC

Do not let Bungie / Steam lie to you, this game is not Free to Play, it is Free to Download n' Try

You are very VERY limited as a New Light player. You cant effectively grind out Light Level because 85% of the actual sources for Powerful / Pinnacle drops are locked behind a paywall or retired.
If you want to play game proper and want to play current content with all the old stuff that is still here you need to pay $160 (USD) and you cant even experience a large amount of the seasonal content model (FOMO, I guess)

Bungie also likes throwing away PAID content into a little thing called the Destiny Content Vault (DCV), I will list everything that still in the game to MY knowledge and how much I paid for them.

Destiny 2 base game content: DCV ($55)
Curse of Osiris: DCV (Bundled)
Warmind: DCV (Bundled)
Forsaken+Seasons+Warmind+Curse of Osiris: half in DCV, rest most likely in Y6 ($80)
Shadowkeep+Seasons: still here somehow, probably gonna be DCV in Y6 (Gifted, $80)
Beyond Light+Seasons: Still Available (Gifted, $80)
30th Anniversary Content: Still Available (Not Purchased, $25)
Witch Queen: Still Available (Not Purchased, $80)

$130 of PAID content down the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥... If Bungie wants to make Destiny an MMOFPS like they want it to be, they need to do what every other MMO does not NOT REMOVE PAID ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CONTENT!

The Destiny 2 gameplay loop is fantastic, even fun sometimes, but I really REALLY cannot recommend this game (or Bungie's content model) unless you decide to shell out AT LEAST $80 for current DLC+Seasons

TL;DR
Destiny Content Vault is bad, New Light experience ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blows, need new DLC to enjoy game.
