Okay,first of all ARK has it's ups and downs
Pros:
- Very good co-op game, if you have a lot of friends or you're part of a gaming community it will be really fun to play
- Grinding is rewarding but it's a also a con, if you're a casual player don't play on official servers
- You don't need a really good PC to run it
- You can make private servers with your friends and it will still be really fun
- Good graphics
- DINOSAURS
- Good server stability
Cons:
- Very very grindy,if you don't like grinding games this is not a game made up for you
- The community is kind of competitive, on official servers you will already find Alpha Tribes(Day 1 tribes) that will wipe you off instantly
- Bugs, ARK is the very known for the bugs, it has a lot of them, some game-destroying.
I have only 100 hours on ARK, but I really enjoyed it while I was playing with my friends and we played on a server where we fought a lot of time with another Alpha Tribe, I would recommend it if you can get it on sale 8/10

Arma 3 is one of the best games I've ever played.
Pros:
- You can play a lot of different gamemodes ex. Altis Life, Mil-sim, King of the hill
- You will not get annoyed easily
- Servers are really stable
- If you like war-like games, this one is perfect for you
- If you have friends you can play with them and make the game more enjoyable
- Good mechanics, good graphics
Cons:
- You need to have a medium pc to run it good
- You must have a SSD,you can't play without a ssd
- You need more than 500+ hours to learn it and to become a good player
- Sometimes buggy

It's GTA V, the most known game.
Trust me,even if it's 2020, if you don't have GTA V, buy it! It's still one of the greatest games ever made.
