Completed the game in 2 Hours, and let me just say... I had a blast.
I love games that let me jump and do all sorts of things like Mirror's Edge, but this was completely different.
I sometimes stopped just to look at all the small houses and villages floating on these big islands.

This game is truly a masterpeice, the story of the game is so cute. You're re-living the story that you as the father is telling your daughter before she goes to bed. You're telling (as the game's title) The Story about your uncle
The game is basically you (dad) when you're young, is trying to find your Uncle in this world that he created.

it only took 2 hours to complete it but it felt like i was on a never ending journey.
It felt like I played the game for 7 hours, and i never got tired of it... Except for when i was spending like 20min trying to win Maddie's stupid challenge.

Summary: If you just want a good game with a cute and good story then this is a good game for you

Probably one of the most boring games i've ever played. It's a wannabe PUBG for weebs and hear me out! I am a big weeb, probably bigger of a weeb than your mom is big in pounds.

Imagine if SNOW and PUBG were cousins and they married eachother and had an inbred child.
Yeah, the inbred child is Ring of Elysium.

Yeah, it's basically a game that you only play if you don't want to spend money on buying PUBG, then it turns out that you're spending over 100€ on Ingame items that you cannot sell on the steam market or...
you only play it because it has cute asian girls (I'm looking at you all Lynn users) and techwear clothing in it.

I must admit, the customization for the characters in the game are great in my opinion.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate the glider though, it is annoying to control and it's no point in using it because there is always a Lynn player sniping you 100 meters away.
The grapples are kind of fun but also pointless. Only makes me feel like an Attack On Titan character on steroids.

The game is very fun with friends, but very boring if you play solo.

Summary: If you have money for PUBG then buy PUBG, don't get Ring of Elysium and waste money on ingame asian girl characters (Lynn) that you're just gonna jack off too.

With friends: Game is 7/10
Solo: Game is 1/10

Probably one of my first RPG games that I really got into!
Everything that is well executed in this game is EXTREMELY well executed meanwhile some other things could be better but I have little to no complaints.

Comparing this game to other SAO games this one is by far the best! It has a rather okay storyline (No DLC) and you even get to play Kirito Story Mode to unlock more cosmetics and skills.

The Abyss Dungeon Mode is straight garbage, only bringing out dungeons that we've already seen in past gameplay but just higher leveled enemies and the only reward is a 5% drop rate on one of two swords that only Diehard weeb fans would want. (Abyss Dungeon Mode takes place AFTER the DLC's).

The DLC's is what got me into this game again, The DLC's had lots to offer and had much better stories in my personal opinion. It brought new characters, new weapons and new cosmetics which is actually my favourite part of the game.

The way the skills and gadgets work in this game is also a huge pro. I wished more RPG video games did the same. The higher proficiency you get on one particular skill the higher rank the skill will become later on, but you will of course need higher stats for it.

The cosmetics and character customization is executed perfectly, it's done so well! That for me is already a selling point! You can customize the color of your weapons, outfits and accesories. Which makes it easier to personalize your character even more!

Multiplayer is a bit tricky to discuss because the PVP is quite good actually! But I don't really enjoy playing PVP so i'm staying out of that territory... The Co-op on other hand... Has one major con. The Co-op lobby's uses the internet of the Host of that lobby which can make it SUPER laggy for some players. Other than that, Co-op is fine! I wish there was more dungeons and bosses or maybe even weekly raids to do in the co-op multiplayer but i'm satisfied as it is right now.

In summary I can highly recommend buying this game! Especially if you can get it for a good price during a sale. I recommend getting the whole bundle with the DLC's included. This game is a whole lot of fun, even more so with friends!
