You all know the issues, but the biggest one is player count. I'm going down the maplist trying to join games and I'm having no luck. This MIGHT be salvageable if Overkill works REALLY hard for like ONE to TWO more years.

Let's be honest, it was never going to 100% live up to the hype, but this is pretty bad so far.
Will probably get better eventually, but don't buy it yet.

Darktide is a good game if you buy it during a sale and start it up knowing what you're going to get.
Is it polished up? Not yet. Are the devs perfect? Definitely not.
However, the core gameplay and overall vibe is still entertaining.

Play as an ogryn. Smash some heretics.

Simple as.

The people complaining about rng have a point, and the people complaining about the former have a point as well.
Fun game, but just know that if the coin comes up heads 2 or 3 times in a row, your entire run will be ruined.
In any case, its worth 8 bucks.

This game is repetitive as it gets. You will experience everything the game has to offer in the first 30 minutes of gameplay. There are a few bugs and glitches every now and then. But just when you think you can't handle the 30th "drive and kill" mission in a row, that's when you see it. Golden Hour. The sunset paints the whole city in the warmest yellow, and House of the Rising Sun queues up on the radio while your Ford Torino guns it down the highway at 100 mph.

Suddenly, things aren't so bad anymore.

Repetitive maps, repetitive enemies, convoluted storyline. Inventory system has been ruined by the addition of multitudes and rarities. In other words, enjoy having all your time consumed by scrounging around for perks and guns which are half a percent more efficient than the otherwise identical copy you already have equipped. And worst of all, NO HOJI (kinda).

Buy this if you like hearing Lo Wang talk, or if you have friends to pay with. The last boss fight is pretty great, the music during it unexpectedly saved the game.

In a lot of ways, Bioshock 2 fails where it's predecessor succeeded. The main villain lacks gravitas and is essentially a school nurse afflicted with a god complex. While even Atlas/Fontaine's rambling in the first game got annoying eventually, Lamb's dialogue is even worse because it's lengthy, verbose, and ceaselessly repetitive. The remastered version of the game suffers extensively from frequent crashes, but the real problem for me is the audio. You might have to strain to hear gunfire at times, while enemy dialogue blares from across the map. Additionally, some audio sources (like important dialogue from intercoms or radios) will be completely silent unless you orient yourself a particular way to the source, which is immensely frustrating.

However! If you've found yourself missing lonely music drifting through leaky hallways (when the audio cooperates) and the bluish glow of the bottom of the sea, I can wholeheartedly recommend Bioshock 2. In the end, a man chooses, but would you kindly try this game for yourself?

Play the part of a police detective who's outnumbered, outgunned, and past his prime.
Explore the rain soaked bones of a coastal town burned in the fires of revolution.
Solve a gripping murder that starts with a hanging and ends with a red piece of string.

Come to terms with your past, live in the moment, and Disco your way to success, or failure.
Disco Elysium is one of those rare games that makes you wish there was a sequel almost as soon as you start playing it. Definitely get it. If you like like reading.

Start the game as an idealistic reformer, end it as a bitter dictator.
