Aside from the poor port, everything about this game is just absolutely incredible, it's everything I hoped it to be!! Once the performance is fixed I'd 100% recommend this game to just about everyone! If you enjoy action RPGs or open world games whatsoever this game is absolutely perfect for you!

As for the port though, while personally my experience both performance and stability wise has been great, Fromsoft is continuing to show their inability to make a decent PC port... Aside from the usual failings of a 60fps cap and no ultrawide support, performance is way poorer than it has any right to be along with random stuttering on even powerful machines and constant crashes. Personally my 2060, r5 3600, and 16 gigs of ram have been keeping a very steady 60fps, and although I got the signature stutters for the first hour or so they actually have stopped completely since then! That being said, plenty of others haven't been so lucky and have had to deal with this stuttering constantly as they play.

Despite these issues I'd still recommend this game on PC as it's just that damn good, just keep an eye on your frames and get ready to refund if it ends up being too bad. Here's hoping From puts out some patches to fix this soon...

No question a definite must-have if you own a VR headset. It's astonishingly fun and satisfying to improve at with a fantastic community constantly pumping out content. Be certain to take a look at the game's modding scene if you decide to pick it up.

Definitely the best VR game out there right now, even if you're not a fan of Half-Life this is definitely the game to play, and if you are and own VR then what are you even waiting for?!
