Too bad it's a game.

Bethesda did a great deal fixing this game for the past 2 years... but it is STILL feels like we are in a beta test stage of the development, maybe in like 2 more years i would recommend this game, but not right now. There is some interesting, fun and sometimes hilarious story telling, but usually it is extremely stupid as in the world does not acknowledge your actions AT ALL, the only thing that changes with your decisions is SOMETIMES the reward you get, but that's about it. Grinding is... weird to say the least in this game, on one side bethesda wants you to spend a ton of time and grind, but on the other there's restriction's to how much you can grind, like most daily quests refresh in a day minimum, so they DO want you to grind... but not too much.

Man thats a really sweet short game, hope there were more of those around than unending COD games.

Pros:
The map looks cool
The boss is fun to fight
Alt. companion skins look nice
Cons:
This is literally all you get from 10$(in my region) DLC
A lot of reused enemies
A reused miniboss
A miniboss with a cool concept, but its literally 2 basic enemies crammed into 1
10$ DLC for less than an hour of content
All rewards locked behind boss chalanges, which makes the cool boss become annoying after 50th time fighting him
Most of the rewards are garbage
I have to poke at this again, why does a single depth map cost as much as 1/3rd of the actual game

Love the game, tho the difficulty ranges way too much, some early/mid game bosses are way harder than later/final bosses, and thats saying after playing through the game in new game+ without any companions.
The normal enemies are spot on, they are not as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like in ds, but are tough enough that you cant breeze through them, at times even challenging when they are able to overwhelm you or catch you off guard(or if the backstab doesn't proc when you are directly behind the enemy).
The story is very lovely, though i do dislike the poor cutscene animations(mostly he facial expression being very meh), also the memory sequences are the real annoyance, they are very simular to fallout 4, very cinematic and what not, but i am stuck looking at the stone statues with voices in the background, which is why i just skip most of the memories.
Weapon variey is quite lovely, tho the bloodvale variety seems meh, i am mostly stuck using 3-4 bloodvales, because rest are kind of in the middle of everything and are very sub-par no matter how much you upgrade them.
Blood codes are done really really well, i love it. Tho i do hate that you cant get all in one play-through,but lore>gameplay i guess.
