Really enjoyed the remake, it makes the original pale in comparison. All guns feel useful finally, no more bullet umbrella pulse rifle, everything is brought to the modern age. Isaac talking makes the game feel more alive then the original, him being mute in the original was a bit weird but it changed the atmosphere of the game a lot. Both versions are very good but I'll recommend this one first so you can have the better gunplay and graphics. Also runs very well on a 3060TI with all graphics settings on high and a 2K monitor.

Best roguelike game hands down. Love eyesac!

The first half of the game is painful and the voice acting and everything doesn't help at all to make it not bad. The rest of the game is a lot better but still has a lot of issues like getting stuck in npc number 345 and impacting your story in a negative way. The voice acting is just pure comedy, it's so bad you can't take the game seriously at some points. It's not horrible nor incredible it's just alright, playing it once won't hurt you.

Jigsaw trial but in video game form and you don't even live afterwards. Just pain and torment. AKA bar go down or up simulator.

Extremely fun and realistically immersive, especially when everybody in the unit talk and cooperate.
The optimization needs a little bit more work but other then that everything works fantastically smooth, can't wait for more content to play with from the developers. Very fun game, worth giving a try with friends or even alone!

Love the audio and aesthetic of the game, in terms of being scary it does a very good job at it without throwing a jumpscare every 10 seconds like some games. It makes you feel very vulnarable and paranoid, since the low FOV and random noises sometimes.

Beautiful visuals with an amazing soundtrack and interesting meaning behind them, smooth controls and fun gameplay.
