It's a good single-player game, don't bother with any other modes if you dislike cheaters.

With this title, the downfall of the franchise begins. Far Cry 3 and 4 were really good, even if you ignore the fact that 4 was essentially a refined version of 3. It still boasted a beautiful map and an insanely good story to tell. What does Far Cry 5 bring to the table? Reused mechanics, but worse. The story had immense potential, but it simply didn't work due to the arcade-like nature of this game. And I won't even mention the terrible NPCs... As stated, the 5th and 6th titles of this franchise are just poorly made, with lazily reused engine, assets, animations, and terrible writing compared to their predecessors.

Absolutely recommend diving into this hidden gem, especially if you are a fan of the Cyberpunk genre.
