This game is amazing. I refunded as I use an oculus quest and preferred to buy it from their store instead (Did not realize it was sold there)
But I HIGHLY recommend this.
It is the best VR dungeon explorer I have played.

The start is kind of bad, I disagree with some of the design decisions made there.
But afterward the game improves significantly. I'm not sure if I'd say its the best game From has made, but I'd say it's definitely in the top 3
(Though I have yet to play the ones that aren't available on PC so...)

I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll just say: The card game is fun to play, and although the start might be a bit repetitive, it's still really fun, and while I believe this might be listed as a horror game, its more like a horror themed game, as so far I've yet to encounter anything i'd describe as scary.

It's difficult to describe. The game is just amazing.
Just check out ssethtzeentach's video about it, as it's a pretty good introduction.
*Also highly advice you turn off permanent death, makes the game a lot more fun IMO*

Authority doesn't feel fun, and is difficult to understand.
I've been stuck on fungus for a really long time, I always get the cure like 70% manufactured but then authority drops, even if Risk of non compliance is low, fatality is low, infection is low. I mean sure a lot of countries are infected so i get why it goes down, but its not like i can even do anything to stop it, since it just pops into random countries every minute.
Seriously, the Authority needs either a clear indication of what to do / how to fix things, or it needs to be balanced a better.

Best shooter i've played, everything good with 2016 was retained and improved, the story advances nicely, works perfectly on relatively old pc with high settings, the graphics and animations are great, honestly there is little to critique, however there is one issue:
The game is rather short... I beat it in 11 hours (on hurt me plenty) and i'm not some hardcore gamer, nor do i play shooters regularly
so yeah, great game but a tad short, luckily there is the online mode (though i do wish it had other game modes)

Its decent when playing online but personally i think it lacks variation between the xenos
they all feel the same

Difficult at first but after you learn to play it
its amazing

seriously buy it
then buy it again
and again
then stop because you're being silly
