Damn, this game. I was pretty excited when it was announced that It would be released on PC. I was initially planning on picking it up the moment it got released, but due to other priorities I ended up purchasing it much later on, and finally decided to play it during my winter break.
And I'm glad I got the opportunity to do so.

Yakuza 0 is an excellent game with captivating story-telling and masterfully crafted cinematography. The main strength of the game lies within it’s incredible ability to betray its own serious tone with ridiculously hilarious side quests and activities. However, like every other game out there, it does have its own flaws, and I’ll be breaking it down accordingly into a simple Pros, Mixed and Cons.

Just a friendly reminder that these are my own thoughts which I’ve just written down.

Pros:

+ Story: The story, in my opinion, is the strongest aspect of Yakuza 0. It presents the story with absolutely stunning cinematography and provides enough development to majority of the characters. Throughout the game, you will be rooting for certain characters and will always be looking forward to the next story tit bit. The story focuses on the unlikely adventure of the two main protagonists, Kiryu Kazuma and Goro Majima. Both of these characters end up getting caught in the mysteries revolving around the Empty Lot, which plays a central role in the entirety of the story. Although, it does have some flaws, as the game does tend to throw around weak sub plots which provide a pretty weak impression initially, although they are managed to be ironed out later in the game. I wouldn’t want to go to in depth the story in order to spoil the experience.

+Setting: The game takes place in the fictional city of Kamurocho and Sotenbori. Both of these settings are packed with ridiculous detail and are aesthetically pleasing to look at, especially during the night times.

Side Quests: Along with the main story, the game also shines in it’s ability to run a parallel tone to the main story’s serious tone. The side quests of the game have a completely different pacing from the main quest and are interesting, hilarious and some times even heart-warming. They play an important role in developing both the characters personality. I've not yet gone through all of the side quests though, but judging from what i've seen, majority of the quests follow this similar pattern.

Side Activites:The game is filled to the brim with various side activities to indulge yourself in. From flexing your D A N C E M O V E S to all the peasant civilians to singing your heart out in the karaoke, the game provides ample of opportunities for distraction. The amount of activities to take part in the game are numerous, and all of them are quite fun and attractive.

+Voice Acting: WELL done. Absolutely brilliant voice acting. I’m so glad a dub version wasn’t released, it would’ve completely spoilt the tone of the game.

Mixed:

+/- Combat: Now, this is quite a convoluted opinion of mine. I find the combat to be pretty interesting and fun for the most part. But there are around 6 fight styles in total, 3 for each character. And each of these fighting styles fail to complement each other properly and have this retarded upgradation system that just doesn’t seem to make all that much sense. The fighting styles are quite fun, and I honestly felt that Goro’s fighting style was much more fun than Kiryu’s fighting style. But they can be quite broken and repetitive at times. That’s just my opinion, though.

+/- Visual Fidelity: Not exactly the most visually appealing game. Sure, the outdoors look pretty great, but certain indoors look very bland and uninteresting.

+/- Restricted World: Now, I completely understand this is how the world of Yakuza games are. But, being a new player to the Yakuza games, I was a bit put off by how restricted we were to any forms of interactions with the world. I got used to it eventually, but I still wanted to mention this point as it was a quite an impactful initial impression for me.

Cons:
-Camera Angles:: My god, these are just horrible. I don’t like how clunky the camera feels at times and how fixed it is.

-At certain points of the main quest, you’re constantly just going through waves of enemies. LOTS of them. This can be quite annoying sometimes, and just seems like filler combat.

Overall, Yakuza 0 is an excellent game and deserves an easy 9/10. I definitely recommend you buy this game. On sale, it’s a complete STEAL. It’s a mixed bag of drama, humor and plain craziness; three factors which just seem to compliment each other perfectly in this game.

I bought this game quite a while ago during sale and never got around to play it due to time constraints. I decided to play it after months and i was definitely NOT disappointed. Sniper Elite 4 is a solid game with fantastic mechanics.
However, like every game, it does have its own downsides. I'll be breaking dowm my review into a simple Pros/cons with a few specifications here and there.

Pros

+Gameplay: The core foundation of the game. The mechanics have been fantastically executed and it encourages you to snipe your way through the game. The sniping mechanic is backed up by an Xray mode which gives you that satisfying kill cam every time you end up popping a dudes head, or his balls. (Yes, his balls.)
You also have the option of going in guns blazing, and that's also a viable and fun option, although not as interesting and engaging as the stealthy way. The player can also interact with the environment, by using certain sounds to mask their rifle shots as well as taking out light emitting sources in order to ease travesal.

+Level Design: This game has 8 levels in total, each level having a unique design to itself. All of the levels presented are semi-open and provide you with ample opporunities to complete your objective. This further encourages replayability. Although certain level designs can be questionable, there really wasn't a moment where i was confused/irritated. Each level can take up to 45-1 hour if you rush through it, or 1 hour 30 mins+ if you want to do all the optional objectives as well.

+Difficulty: The game can be as difficult or as easy as you want it to be. You can crank up the difficulty by switching on parabolics, or completely switch off those settings so that the bullet follows your cross hair. Although i highly recommend switching those settings on, as they provide a much more immersive experience.

+ Co-op: It makes it makes the base game even MORE fun with a friend to ♥♥♥♥ around with!

+Visual Fidelity: Decent enough to get the job done. Nothing special, though.

+ Performance: It ran reasonably well and i was able to hit 60+ FPS most of the time except in one particular level which was foliage intestive, where my FPS drops to the high 40s. (For your reference: GTX 1050 TI, 16 GB RAM, i7 7700 HQ)

Mixed Opinions
-

-/+ Weapons: Now this might not be a problem for everyone. I just found the weapons at my disposal to be a little bit...less viable. Throughout the entirety of the game i just stuck to the guns given to me at the beginning of the game, all the other options really weren't all that great. But hey, that could just me my issue. Also the fact that several guns require DLC to unlock makes it worse.

-/+ Soundtrack: Nothing fantastic, nothing bad. Pretty mediocre.

-/+ Story: Nothing specatular, it's your traditional World War setting. Wasn't particularly intrigued by it, but it wasn't anything bad either.

Cons
-

- Autosave: The autosave system in this game can be absolutely retarded at times. Whenever i ♥♥♥♥ up, i load into the most recent autosave in hopes that it saved prior to the ♥♥♥♥ up. But nope, it lands me RIGHT after the ♥♥♥♥ up which is super annoying.

- Face Animations: Very unimpressive to put it in a polite manner. of course, it isn't Mass effect andromeda level bad, but its still not decent enough to make it passable.

In the end, the pros outweigh the cons. I thoroughly enjoyed the game and will definitely be playing it again in the near future. I give it a solid 8/10. If you enjoy stealth games, i highly recommend you to pick this up. If it's on sale, it's a STEAL. Very much worth the value.

Arguably one of the best Assassin's Creed games out there. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood takes the mechanics and ideas from its predecessor, Assassin's Creed 2, and refines them. It was an amazing adventure indeed. Slowly establishing your connections throughout the city of Rome and building your Brotherhood was a fun journey. However, like every game out there, it does have some flaws associated with it.

Pros:

+ Combat. It's been refined and been made much more fun. Ezio can shoot faster with the pistol this time around, and the execution streaks are satisfying to watch.

+ Story: Picks up where Assassin's Creed 2 left off. We are introduced to (somewhat) good characters, and an intruguing plot.

+ Your own Assassin's to command: This is a great addition to the game. We now have our own guild. We can call the members to aid us in combat or get them to take on contracts through which they gain experience and become more and more powerful. You can also customize them with dyes, and the skill points they earn can be allocated to upgrade the armor and/or the weapons they possess.

+A range of customization: A lot of weapons/armors/dyes to select from .This is always an added bonus for me.

+Soundtrack: Oh god, the soundtrack. So ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful. ahhhhh

+Graphics: Pretty great for its time, and still manages to hold up to this day.

Mixed:

+/- Climbing: It feels somewhat...inaccurate. At times, Ezio would jump off the specified path and prefered suicide instead. But at times it also felt great.

+/- World Design: I don't know why but i don't feel all that fascinated by the world's design, except for a few places/areas. But i guess that's just me. ;P

+/- Characters: Not all that interesting too be honest. No particular attachment to anyone or rooting for anyone (except for Ezio ofc)

+/- Awkward Color Pallete: The color pallete changes upon entering different districts of Rome. Only one of the filter looks great, the rest of the two look awkward and plain ugly.

Cons:

-Tailing missions: For ♥♥♥♥♥ sake can we please stop them. These are genuinely annoying and frustrating and have no other objective than to prolong the length of the section.

-Optimization: I get awkward stuttering, although i can run a bunch of games easily at 60FPS. And the stuttering can be annoying.

-Easy: The game can be genuinely easy at times.

-Repetitive: Could get slightly repetitve at times as well.

In the end, the pros outweigh the cons. I highly recommend this to fans of the Assasin's Creed genre, and to everyone in general. It's an amazing experience; one that should not be missed. Absolutely loved the game.

I give it a solid 8/10.

I was honestly holding back on purchasing this, thinking that it might be another sluggish FPS. But damn, I was indeed very wrong.

This game is genuinely great. The combat is satisfying, the soundtrack is spot on, graphics are somewhat good, and the story is interesting enough to keep you engaged. Was a bit disappointed with the length of the campaign, which took me about 6 and a half hours to complete. However, there are two other modes which can keep you engaged for awhile longer.

I highly recommend buying this game. On sale, it's a complete steal.

9/10

I've clocked in 149 hours into this game and still haven't managed to do everything.

It's one of those games which i keep on getting back into because of its immersive world, superb gameplay/story/voice-acting/level Design/EVERYTHING.
It outshines in almost every aspect and is a joy to play throughout. I never ONCE got bored of my playthrough and absolutely loved the extremely well written characters. The ending almost left me in tears.
I highly recommend you purchase the GOTY Version of the game which comes with both of the DLC's. And the DLC's themselves are fantastic expansions in their own right.

One of the best games ive ever played and truly deserving of the "Just 5 more minutes" Award.

I found this game to be really fun to be honest.
Sure, it has its own flaws, and some of its boss fights were pretty disappointing (I'm looking at you Deathstroke), but it had a somewhat interesting plot line which would keep you interested throughout its entire campaign. It also has a bunch of fun side quests lying around here and there. But yeah, this is something i really wouldn't recommend you would buy at Full price.
Just pick it up during sale were it drop downs to about 5$.
Overall, IMO, this game is a 7/10

This game....i picked up during the Winter sale (I think?) and never managed to play it up until a few days ago.
And i so BADLY regret not playing it earlier.
It's sword combat is so satisfying that you can go on for hours murdering and murdering demons. The protagonist himself is sort of an anti-hero/antagonist, depending on how you see it; but the journey throughout the game with him and a more sane demon is very fun and intriguing. The sound design and the musical flourish is just soooo goooooodd. Not to mention the graphics. They look REALLY pretty, especially during the later parts of the game. I just wish the levels weren't so linear and we could splice and dice more objects, but oh well ;(. Also, a bit variation in the boss fights would've been appreciated, but they're still fun to ♥♥♥♥ up regardless!

Overall, i give this a 9/10. A must buy at full price or even at sale. At sale; its a complete STEAL if you ask me ;D
