Pros:
Most entertaining story with interesting characters
Plenty of weapons to find and collect
Unique vault hunters with cool skills
New weapon element - Cryo
New weapon type - Lazer

Cons:
While there is new weapons, most weapons are identical from the previous game (Borderlands 2)
From player's perspecitive it feels much shorter in lenght of gameplay compared to previous games (Borderlands and Borderlands 2). They could have additional content to make it more challenging and fun.
