As of about five minutes ago from this review change, Sony has officially back stepped on the PSN requirement after effectively trying and failing to double down. Thank you to the community who made their voices heard and those at Arrowhead who opposed this change with us. Major order completed Helldivers, good job.

VOLD REVIEW, REMEMBER THIS!!!V

I rarely review games. Even more so when it come to negative reviews. I love this game, I love the gameplay, I love the future it can have. I know it isn't Arrowhead's fault they have to push the PSN. their fault. But I just can't support the game as it is.

The required PSN account is ludicrous. ESPECIALLY because if you read the EULA, there's no mentioned of it being a required thing at current. Not to mention the fact that there are regions of the world where this game is up for purchase that doesn't allow PSN.

I'm sorry Arrowhead. I hope Sony listens and backs off on this.

Like I saw another review say, it's pretty much a VR version of Infinity Blade.

Might not set well with some people who are more for "active combat" where you can actively clash and deflect swords like in Blade and Sorcery or something similar but after playing for an hour I'm excited to come back and play more when my muscles aren't sore from swinging wildly and having some of the most intense fights I've ever had come from a VR game.

One of the best 4 dollars I spent. In a world flooding with crappy spins on Vampire Survivors, this one just feels different, and right at home in my library. Especially at such a price. Keep supporting developers like this and we'll have a great future of games!

Arena mode lets me play as a man whose super power is his undiagnosed schizophrenia. Also Sanford is voiced by Johnny Utah and that's always a hoot.

Titanfall 2 is a great multiplayer game that missed its first shot due to shoddy marketing and refusal from Respawn Entertainment's publisher to field it on Steam, wanting to keep it as an Origin exclusive. The game at the time, even with its decent popularity on console and dedicated player base who did play it on Origin, quickly made it deemed a "failure" by EA and support for it was quickly dropped. Outside of balance updates and cosmetics, the game only had one real content update of a new titan, and this was very early into the games life. Though I guess Respawn did then go on to make Apex Legends because EA didn't want to waste money on the Titanfall title again. Blessing in disguse I guess?

Overall, with the spike in popularity this title has gotten due to its move to Steam, hopefully Titanfall 2 gets its chance now, if EA doesn't mess up anyway. With a very enjoyable story in the campaign, and some of the most fast-paced, action packed multiplayer of any shooter of its time and still today, it's an amazing title to play alone or with friends. That Masterpiece user tag is there for a reason.

So what are you waiting for? Hop in, and stand-by for Titanfall Pilot.
