If you're a fan of Chinese lore, this is the game for you. This is what brought me into the realm of Chinese RPGs. A beautiful action RPG with incredible music and a very authentic Chinese experience. Pretty easy overall but a definite blast.

Man, SO2R is so damn good, they really went above and beyond what you would expect from a typical remaster. In many ways it's like a brand new game while also being familiar to the original. Would highly recommend to SO fans or just RPG fans in general. Definite GOTY material

I never expected to be able to get into another MMO that wasn't FFXI/XIV but here we go. Installed this bad boy thanks to recommendation from Zepla, made my character, fell in love with her and entered the world of Tyria which I have grown to love. The emphasis on exploration really drew me into the game world, not to mention how fluid the battle system is and the amazing music. Not even that far into the story but definitely looking forward to getting deeper into it~

Before this game came out, I had a feeling it was gonna be amazing and it did not disappoint. Being a huge Tales fan, I had really been looking forward to this and it hit every mark. It really felt like a Tales game and didn't stray from the path. Memorable characters, great story, incredible music, really fun battle system. I really had nothing to really complain about.

A perfect example of a game that looks like a modern game and plays and feels like an old school game. There needs to be more games like this for sure. Such an amazing story, beautiful world and memorable characters along with an awesome battle system. Highly recommend for DQ fans and perfect game to get into the series with~

Adding some positivity to the mostly negative review section. I really don't understand all the negativity, I absolutely love this game. I do prefer the 1-on-1 gameplay of the PSP games but I've gotten used to the 3-on-3 gameplay of this one. Being a huge FF fan, I've been loving the Dissidia series and this game as well. The graphics are amazing and the soundtrack is great, classic FF themes along with new versions of classic songs. The battles are fun and each character has their own unique style. And I love how they keep adding more characters/weapons/costumes, I usually don't care to get most of the DLC for games but I've been getting all of it I can for this game. Hoping they add more modes or more story to the game. The online is pretty dead but I prefer facing the computer AI anyway so that's fine for me. I find myself literally playing every day and never get tired of it. If you're into FF or even just fighting games, I would highly recommend~

Definitely one of the best games in the series with amazing characters and fun dialogue. Great music, too~

One of the best games I've played in years. Without a doubt, the best Final Fantasy of the modern era! Despite the hate, I haven't enjoyed a game so much in far too long. Incredible OST, amazing characters and environments, some of the most ambiatic dungeons in the series. Don't listen to what haters say, play this amazing game!~
