This game was released before the company started down the DEI/woke and censoring path right? Like it's true to the developers wants and designs without tampering?

Demo can not be downloaded currently in germany probably due to the recent changes with age ratings as it was available some weeks ago I think. If that is the case please give it an age rating via the rating system that comes with steam. I assume this is the problem as SteamDB says its restricted only in germany and nowhere else. If there is another reason why I cant download it please let me know...

Just made it to Act 2 after Mordegon kills world tree. About 20 hours in and at this point I expected the story to take a more nuanced and mature turn. Too bad it hasn't. The entire cast are tropes and the villain is a one-dimensional caricature with no personality or real motives. Just "I'm the lord of the darkness har har har." That's lame. How a design choice can be so spectacularly bad as the choice to obfuscate where the exit button/option is... just full cringe.

I wanted to buy this game, however, I want to try its demo first. So my question is if someone have any guess when the next discount will be?
