Runs terribly on all graphics settings, first level was long and boring, the voice acting actually takes me out of the experience a lot. Dishonored 1 is my favourite game so I thought I could trust Arcane not to screw this up, hopefully they fix the performance problems soon because it's actually unplayable right now.
