I want to kiss V1!

this game feels illegal

Im changing my review to that of a positive one post update 100. Safes were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and the publisher forcing these microtransactions and pushing them out as a "reward" from a free event was spitting in our face, but the new difficulties breathed new life into the game, albiet a little unpolished as the current weapon balance makes cops feel more like sponges and OD makes armor basically worthless. But over all the money spent on DLC and the roller coaster of updates I'd say my dollars are well spent.

This is the first paid character pack without any real benefits, Let alone $5 worth of them.

First things first, the Character only speaks Japanese. The only kind of voice cues are from the broken english callouts, everything else is pretty much moot. In a game that emphasizes communication on the fly, theres a gap in it when people cant communicate on the fly via voice or text communication, so it relies on the voice lines itself to communicate. But lets throw that ♥♥♥♥ out the window, it doesnt matter anymore. Between CROKAH or TAIZAH and the battle yells E V E R Y T I M E he uses his melee it kinda gets ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

The weapons arent all that good either.

The Micro Uzi cant hit 40 damage, so its essentially a Pre-Hotline Miami SMG with ♥♥♥♥ reserve ammo. But Hey! Its a fast firing lockpick!

The Katana is the only redeeming factor about this dlc. Its got a decent damage amount, It feels like a faster but less powerful Fireaxe, Making it kinda fun in use for a Sociopath build.

The perk deck seems alright in practice, brings Berzerker back in the meta, but if the perk deck doesnt enhance your Effective HP, or regen, its essentially useless.

This is a bad character pack. Dont get it unless youre a miser for all the dlc.
