top-down is a bad format for any multiplayer game, especially mobas, what a dumb camera angle. smite 3rd person. 3rd person good. you click the man, he falls down, what more could you want? you like spiders? hirez put some tits on a spider. what a game

its dope, you punch bugs, you shoot fire, an old lady yells at you. It's like non-zero sum chess where you can spend certain resources to avoid absolute checkmates. It is much better than their previous big sci-fi game FTL, a deeply flawed roguelite where final victory could become mathematically impossible half-way through your run simply because you didn't run into the right rng event. ITB on the other hand is much better balanced in terms of difficulty, even on Hard mode.

dis a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ good game and so is the dlc

I've played almost 100 hours, and while it definitely has a lot of content I can't recommend it. You will ROUTINELY die because Isaac gets caught on the invisible corners of blocks or on scenery. If you don't decide what to do fast enough, enemies can box you in on either side, placing you in a completely unwinnable situation. It's actually possible to arrive on a floor with a locked item room and NO key will spawn anywhere in the level. Roguelike is one thing, but this is just artificially difficult with unwinnable scenarios hardbaked into the game. Until they fix how utterly unfair the RNG is, I can't in good conscience reccomend this to anyone.

However, the music is still very good and the sheer amount of different items allows for almost completely unique experiences every time. It's a shame it's hampered by abysmal floaty controls.
