If you have an itch for a source engine game and are a fan of wild west this is a perfect game to kill time with.
Not only you can shoot another cowboys hat out but drink yourself back to full hp while evading some guy throwing explosive barrels at you all in the span of few seconds(and that's not even a specific gamemode).
You can have most gamemodes you can think of in the game be it a payload, gungame or PVE, the game has it all.

Initially was put off by early access tag but it came up on top for the full release.
Imagine child of metro exodus and STALKER crossed with fallout 4 building feature and all of it wrapped in one huge GTA 5 style heist where you have to choose who to work with carefully.

Most of the writing stands on the border of cringe inducing and endearing but it's worth it for the dialogue with NPC's that you find while exploring.
There's no much in terms of gun variety, but it works alright. The janky eastern european mechanics are there for you to enjoy.
Great game to waste your time with while you are waiting for new STALKER/Metro game

Game is one of those cases where the story wasn't necessary, but on the other hand the art direction and the game itself looks great. The minor options to change your vehicle aesthetics or slightly make it faster and refurbishing your new house in the huge city are all nice touches and it feels like it could've been expanded upon instead of the story.

Game is in constant tweaking and updating and features such as first person view are constantly added. Don't expect any gameplay past driving/flying/walking around the city hence why it's a cool game if you just want to kill time by admiring a huge cyberpunk city.

could work as a one of those epic wallpaper engines

One of those games where story saves the whole game. Gameplay consists of Gears of War type cover shooter with gimmick that lets you commands your fellow soldiers (Lugo and Adams). You might be entertained for a few hours, but by the middle of the game you will notice combat becoming repetitive. Some people might argue that is the point, but that just might as well be a lazy defence. The only saving grace from combat becoming boring is the occasional map interactions that you can find while in combat. For instance, you can fight during sandstorm or shatter glass above enemies so they could be crushed under tons of sand. If, by any chance you've liked the combat there's a special multiplayer mode with whopping FIVE players.
Finally, the story is why the game deserves the praise. To keep the review spoiler free i will not say much. You play as one of the three members of Delta Force team - Martin Walker. Your only task is to do some reconnaissance to find survivors after massive crisis in Dubai, but you want to do more.

Oh boy, this game. At first i thought it's going to be more of a your typical kind of indie shootar game. But if you want 1 dollar doom game that is just as good (okay, maybe not THAT good).

The game throws you right into it. Just like that. No tutorials, no long loading screens (having minimalistic graphics helps).
You have all your classic FPS techniques: rocket-jumps, strafing etc.(so there is a bigger skill ceiling than in Overwatch *whoops*) The main goal is to survive for the longest time shooting flying spoopy skeletals heads or skeleton-spiders. And , of course, there is a scoreboard (so you could see why and how you are worse than others with a special feature).
I think every oldschool shooter fan should play this

CS:GO Review
I don't really know how do i feel about this one. It's good for what it is, but it does get's repetitive too fast.People will pick same maps and the fun game modes are underrated. At first the game was fun to play with people that were there only there for giggles and laugs, but then skins and competetive appeared and because of that unneeded attention appeared, and no, i do not want to sound like pseudo elitist, but i feel that way. I still do play it occasionally, but i'd rather play Insurgency.
Yeah, insurgency.
Buy that.
Anyways, to 'sum up:
Pros:
  • Realistic guns
  • few fun gamemodes
  • integrated steam workshop
  • fun to play with loads of friends
  • Okay graphics for source game
Cons:
-Boring EDGY skins
-community
-voice acting is strange
-poorly made competetive mode/match making

"It was a dark day, the sun was shining blightly and i was at home, as always. But suddenly a sale appeared on steam store, i checked it. It was a sale of some company, called "Rockstar". "-Hey, i heard somewhere that name. Oh right those guys made that buggy, glitchy GTA 4"
So, what do I think about this game? Wel
Gameplay wise- It's really freaking cool, but because of the terrible port the game sometimes was laggy and the experience sucked. But, those graaaphincs maaan. Yes, graphics are indeed gud. Those facial expression are well made.
Music is something Indiana Jones-esk combined with mafia 2. Basically your typical detective.
I would suggest buying this game on a console, because it's just less buggy, but i'm sure you can fix everything with mOADS these days.(P.S: Most noticeable thing is your mouse at the menu, it just lags sometimes)
Cars weren't bad looking AND i've had fun shooting from the guns. Shotgun especially.
So in conclusion: If you want an L.A detective with great voiceact, tons of plot twist and even sometimes clever jokes with laggy mouse at the menu.
Then this game was made for you, but i still recommend getting it on console\
Oh and DLC's are top-notch
I reccomend buying them.

One of my most favorite strategic games. You can play as most of the countries , like for instance you can conquer the world as Gandhi (Yes like in previous games as the time passes leaders don't die of age and stay the same) The music is really nice, it fits everytime. For instance when you are in war with somebody you have 'Hans Zimmer-ish' music and when everything is fine you can hear the calm piano music. Yes, the music can be irritating but there are mods AND THERE'S A LOT OF THEM but i'll write about them later. Now gameplay-wise you won't be needing any of hard working(you can play the whole game with only just a mouse), but you can do whole a lot in the actual game. From changing city names to sending spies to other city to nuking EVERYBODY TO HELL (speaking of Ghandi). Yes, in mid-game you can unlock spies and send them to other countries either as diplomats or spies. It's always fun to see those country leaders react to you eather when you trade with them, start war or befriend them. They always talk in their native language. Now DLC... It's better if you will buy DLC Countries (like Korea or Byzantium) DLC's contain few leaders and boring stories + maps. Graphics are highly good, just look at the water!
And the last but not least MODS! You can do a lot of thing from "smartening" AI to playing as Arsotzka(Papers please)
And since steam workshops supports Civilization its easier now. The price is okay for this game.
Like With Skyrim, i'd recommend you buying the complette edition.

You and 3 of your friends looking to play something, but you're tired of same boring fpses? You want something comedy/adventury? Well, this game could give you that! It's 2D sidescroller sword-em up. It is second The Behemoth's game and it's nicely done for their 3rd project (Because their 2nd project was just HD remake). Yes it has glitches but what games don't? For controls i'd recommend ya using controller. A.I isn't always smart but sometimes it's good, because even with bad A.I. Hordes of enemies can kill ya. The game is reccomended to play with 4 players but you can play it by yourself (which is less interesting because there's some mini-games that can be triggered with 2,3 or 4 players and boss battles are easier) Even DLC's are fair enough, the art style is well fitting with nice set of music. Sometimes the jokes are offtop. (Did i mention ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? That's one of the Cons)
8\10
