The game's aesthetics reminds me a lot of old Disney movies, especially Jungle Book and Robin Hood. Very much enjoyment, though some of the more common narrator lines can be a bit grating after a while.

Pros:
- Amazing visuals.
- Fun platforming.
- Great voice acting, feels like you're in an actual Spongebob episode.
- Music is great as well, very upbeat and light-hearted.
- Feelings of nostalgia abounds.

Cons:
- Somewhat buggy in certain instances (Teleporting to Spongebob's house while Patrick and watching the TV results in Patrick going through Spongebob's dialogue, etc).
- Objectives can be somewhat vague and you might wander around a bit if you haven't played the original.
- The camera is a bit too free-form, you can practically see your insides if you so much as get close enough to a slightly larger rock than yourself and turning the camera.
- A bit basic of a platformer, so may not give much enjoyment if you're looking for a challenge and don't have nostalgic feelings towards the game.

Having not played the original game, I was interested in trying this for myself rather than watching some gameplay. And as a result, I find myself wondering if the original had some of these same problems (More like nitpicks, really).

Updating my review to bump this game up from a Labor of Love nomination in 2019 to GOTY nomination status in 2020. Rock & Stone!

As a person who has this on both PC (Via owning the normal version and all DLC) and console, I am very much appreciative of Bethesda for paving the way for what most people thought was impossible - modding on consoles. As of this review, sure, the PS4 suffers from limited modding capability but the fact that the mods can be used and made for consoles to begin with?

I believe that in itself should qualify this game and Fallout 4 for the Pioneer of Console Mods Award. May this trend bring us more great content in the future, for both the glorious PC master race and consoles alike!

These developers are frauds.

As much as I hate Activision, these guys are just frauds.

The closest thing you will get to having the tabletop game on PC.

And holy crap it's close.

Given the bot crisis being as bad as it is, I can't allow the game to go about with a positive review on my part.
