Feels like an alpha and/or quick cash grab. Might rebuy it when the developers actually finish the game like they did with theHunter.

Let me preface this by saying that I was really looking forward to this game and was actively trying to like it as I played.

I can look past all the bugs (of which there are many), server issues and balancing issues, but there is one major thing that made me stop and refund this game: The core gameplay loop is severely flawed.

This game is marketed as a stealth game. It is only a stealth game for the first 1/3 of every match, after that, it devolves into a janky brawler (with combat less fluid than the average hack n slash) where you fight over the next two objectives, respawning and diving back into the meat grinder. You're meant to work as a team, but the player that actually does the objective (open the vault for example) gets the xp, even if you covered them the whole way there as a teammate.

The final objective sees you putting the treasure on a platform and cranking the winch until you extract it. One team can get it 90% of the way there and then the other team can jump in and steal the win. This is poor design.

I don't see the developers changing fundamentally how the game works, especially after discovering that they ran a beta for this game where the play testers pointed everything I said out 9 months ago and they literally did nothing to fix it.

Personally, I would save your money and wait to see if they actually fix this game; I wouldn't be opposed to picking it up again if they do make big changes as the premise is fun and refreshing in a sea of dull battle royale games.

The worst thing in my Steam library. And I buy a LOT of bundles.

DayZ 2. Meh.

Intriguing game but after the third or fourth jump scare it stops being tense and starts being a little bit dull. Worth a go whilst it's free.

Looks good and plays better. More people should play this game.
