There are some cool sequences in this game. That's about the only thing I enjoyed about this mod. Everything else genuinely sucks, all of the new gameplay mechanics don't add anything to the game, just makes it frustrating.

Easily the most fleshed out, full package of a stealth game. It's not perfect, but it's the best we have to date.

Gibs are incredibly good and I like some of the gameplay changes. Unfortunately, and I didn't know that this was possible, but the devs made Xen even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ than vanilla. Not a huge fan of adding enemies in areas where the player is supposed to relax.

Absolutely legendary. Make sure to install the OldUnreal patch though.

This is easily the most technically impressive zombie survival crafting game I've played to date. However, it is still in alpha and borderline unplayable in cities on mid to even high end systems unless you're willing to play with absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics. EVEN WITH DYNAMIC RESOLUTION. Until the game is optimized I can't recommend it because some things you'll only be able to experience at sub 30 fps.

This is a very tight, well written mod that really captures the essence of Half-Life 2 but twists the level design. Refreshing. One of the most sophisticated HL2 mods out there.

One of the best FPS games of the last decade.

The vanilla game itself I wouldn't recommend, story sucks so you're better off playing something that doesn't rely on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ main storyline.
