The game has a built in bug that you have to solve before you get the chance to play. Rockstar is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.

Edit: If you get the error "Out of virtual memory" when you first start the game, follow this solution https://mcci.com/support/guides/how-to-change-the-windows-pagefile-size/.
