♥♥♥♥ people who say that the praise Final Fantasy 7 gets is just nostalgia, I played it for the first time just a few years ago and I completely fell in love. Still one of my favorite games of all time.

A great co-op shooter that's unlike any of the previous co-op shooters I've played, thanks to the class diversity and mobility mechanics. Also has a very active developer, so content updates are always forthcoming!

Hitman can take a bit of getting used to if you're more accustomed to stealth in games like Deus Ex or Dishonored, like I was. Those games condition you to try and do everything perfectly with forgiving stealth mechanics and quick saving and loading, while at the same time constricting you to a handful of semi-linear options for a stealth playthrough. Hitman, on the other hand, is much less forgiving and intentionally makes save scumming less appealing; that can be a tough nut to swallow, until you start to internalize how open-ended and replayable missions are. Once you figure out it's more fun to ♥♥♥♥ around and find out than to try and get Silent Assassin every time, the game really blossoms.
