I have so much to say about this game, but I want to keep it short.

I followed the development of this for a long time, from the teasers on YouTube and the screenshots of mapping progress, to see this project take form until the first part of the game was released from the website, it was a crazy experience to have to wait 40 minutes to download the mod because their servers was so strained.

Even from that point the development have not stopped when it hit the Steam store. A lot of the things from the first variation of the mod was improved upon and made even better, while still staying true to Valve's original Half-Life but also allowing the devs of Black Mesa to put their own spin on things. The area where you can really see this is with Xen, sure in Half-Life it was this almost devoid alien world, but the Black Mesa devs really bring it to life in a gorgeous way, almost comparable to how gorgeous the new Source 2 engine looks.

The feel of everything, from gameplay to environment is amazingly done and I'd recommend everyone, from newcomers to Half-Life fans to give this game a go. For new crowds this is definitely the way to go for the introduction to the Half Life series.

When you imagine the classic Resident Evil games, you think of puzzles mixed in with combat, but with the reimagining of Resident Evil 3, the only puzzling part is where all the puzzles actually went.

I, along with many other fans of the Resident Evil Franchise, had high hopes for this game after the demo and the succes of the remake of Resident Evil 2. However those hopes were not realised.

This game feels like a shell of what it is a remake of, which the first playtime being 6 hours.
Compared to the original, that time feels like nothing at all.

Sure, some things have been streamlined and the original certainly did have some parts that were unnecesarry, but along with this process they also made the game incredibly linear and heavily scripted as opposed to what you'd expect.

I could drone on for ages, but to make a long story short. The game ends like it began, with a few short moments of playtime in between cutscenes, with everything just being sort of filler in between.

Not impressed by this game, it does not do the original justice.
Wait till it goes on sale later on before you buy this.

This game really brought back some nostalgia for me and even some new experiences.
I had never played Crash 1 prior to this and compared to the other games in the series it proved a challenge.

I thoroughly enjoyed beating all 3 games to max completion.

I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who played the originals or people who have never played these games before. They can be frustrating but there is nothing more enjoyable than that sweet taste of victory when you beat a hard level getting a platinum time relic, especially when that level is just a ♥♥♥♥♥.... looking at your Stormy Descent.

Ended up waiting 6 years by accident for the achievement, but I can finally say I beat this game and all it's achievements.

I like the game, like the premise. I was sucked into it by the Let's Players at the time obviously playing this and had my fun with it for some odd hours.

Before I did the commitment achievement I would probably have been on 25 hours of game time and that for a game that cost $12 is not bad.
I love the narrator and the different endings, especially the one where you get to see a little bit behind the scenes not to spoil too much.

Slipstream, where do I start?

It brought me back to that good old arcade feeling, where the AI had to cheat to win and you'd get so close to winning, then lose and out of frustration put another coin in the machine because "this time you were going to beat it"

Of course when you get the hang of the game it's fairly easy, you will still have times where you'll feel frustrated, no doubts about it, especially if you grind for achievements and while on the topic of achievements, I do feel it's a shame none of these are catered towards the Time Trials or Hard mode of the game, because those are two aspects that I personally have not spent much time with.

I've played this game for 8 hours to get it to completion and in that time, you do get to miss a bit of variety, you will often have the feeling of "deja vu" and especially while grinding for the Perfectionist 1 or No Road Not Taken achievement you will say to yourself "I've just been in this place before?"

Overall, I really liked the game, it was nice. I can't complain too much about the price since I got it through a bundle a while ago, so I don't really know if it's worth the money they are asking for it, might be a good idea to wait for a sale and then pick it up.

This game was a fun few hours of time killing.

It's very simplistic, easy to pick up though hard to put down.
I find the game very addicting, thinking "I can do better than that" especially with the highest achievement being 1000 points. It's so doable, but so frustratingly infuriating when you get close but not close enough.

On a side note, playing this game made me finally watch Goblin Slayer.

I'd recommend it for a few fun hours and a simple game to get all achievements in.

I have had many good times in this game, and I would definitely recommend it for the more casual experience nowadays.

Sure CS:GO might be free and accessible for the casual experience, but this game has always been a lot more fun in that regard. Everything just seems more fun and not shrouded in a cloud of "What's your rank bro?"

The server browser might be trash, but so is the community server browser in CS:GO as well, so you get used to it, and a lot of the maps you see ported to CS:GO on gamemodes like MG, ZM, ZE, Surf etc. were made for CS:S and with that in mind optimized for that, so some maps that might seem hella buggy in CS:GO work properly in this.

Honestly, I made so many friends over the years in this game and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Definitely worth the price.

This is the first dating simulator that I have played.
I must say, that I was a little on edge at first because of me not really liking dating sims, but this was recommended to me by a couple of friends, so I decided to give it a go.

If you are in for a rollercoaster of emotions with 4 great girls, then this is the game for you.

I recommend you play it blind and try and avoid spoilers in the game.
