Hilarious; the gameplay may not be genre-breaking but it is solid enough to tell a good story. The world is great, too, feels like an episode of South Park.

Great strategy game with hints of RPG and even a little bit of (mild) real time strategy.

Early Access Review
Great blend of rhythm and roguelike genres. This is how the next generation of rhythm games should be done.

Mix in a bit of the Zelda dungeons from the isometric games with biblical references and random and nonrandom elements each playthrough and you have an EXCELLENT game by Florian Miller, Edmund McMillen (the famous one behind many awesome games; see Super Meat Boy and The Basement Collection, also on Steam), and Danny B on music.

A fantastic sequel to the mysteriously awesome Gravity Bone (free, also by Brendan Chung). It continues Gravity Bone's unique, word-less style of narrative while making things interesting on part of the player.

A fantastic remake of an already brilliant game. They kept all the hardcore gamers in mind (the ones who played the original one by Daisuke "Pixel" Amaya) and allowed them to switch on the old graphics with the old music; that's not to say that the new graphics and new music is bad, but they clearly thought this remake through, very well. The game itself is brilliant and a hallmark of early indie games history of the current generation. An absolute must have.

Better than Fallout 3. More imaginative.

This game alone pushes the industry further with its unique use of narrative. The gameplay is solid and the aesthetics are astounding. You're advancing the future of fun if you buy this.

Great learning curve, great fun. Rounds are very short so you can literally play in 2 minute increments. A true zombie game too, by the way. Highly, highly recommended. I reviewed it here: http://www.howtoplayblog.co.uk/2011/review-atom-zombie-smasher/
