Absolute masterpiece.

Everytime this game gets an update it gets more broken. The network code absolutely sucks and getting to play Co-op is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ journey.

It's a shame because the gunplay is fun. The writting in this game is something else, you have to be extra retarded if it makes you laugh unironically.

EDIT: My partner beated the game with me on Co-op and the Guardian Rank didn't unlock for her, what the ♥♥♥♥?
Also the game works better with a VPN than playing online normally, actual trash of a network.

EDIT 2: Mayhem mode is crashing my matches, stop hiring monkeys for coding for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake.

EDIT 3: Two months after this review, developers didn't learn ♥♥♥♥, still crashing, don't even dare throwing money at them. ♥♥♥♥ Randy.

Fun Allowed: The Videogame

EDIT: This issue and other ones have been fixed a long while ago, now it's playable like it should be.

Invincibility frames are tied to framerate, which means that if you run the game at higher FPS than the console version you will get hit much more and therefore getting yourself killed almost instantly by weapons with high rate of fire (even on lower difficulties).

Unless you cap the game framerate to console-like (30-40 FPS?) you won't be able to play the game like it should be, you will have to play it at a Gears of War pace.

How the ♥♥♥♥ this bug got past Q&A is beyond me, it's a bummer because besides that the port is almost excellent.
