Very fun game held back by an infuriating experience trying to get it to launch properly.

It's not hard to find plenty of valid criticism of this game, but I had playing it and ultimately that's the only metric that really matters. 6.5/10

Even more Terraria!

Quite a fun and cute metroidvania. Relatively short and not overly challenging. Lovely art and sound direction. I had some frequent but minor issues with the game recognizing my gamepad and changing input displays. Otherwise, no bugs. 7.5/10

Age of Empires 2: DE is as close to perfect as a real-time strategy games gets. It recaptures all the joy of playing as a child, but also improves in virtually every aspect of the game. For Age of Empire fans, and for fans of strategy games broadly, it's a no-brainer. 9.5/10

This game started off a little slow, but I was completely hooked by the end. It's a little bit of a metroidvania, but mostly its a creature collector with surprisingly deep turn-based strategic combat. The pixel art is gorgeous and the soundtrack is a delight. 9/10

Not the greatest metroidvania, but definitely worth playing. The platforming and combat are pretty fun, and I like the ability to switch between luchador and chicken. The humour and story get a bit old. 6.5/10
