One may be tempted to think "ah I know Halo, I can play Halo 2". This game shares nothing with its predecessor apart from the name. The gameplay is different, the graphics are different, even the keybinds are different. There's none of the charm from the prequel, just a generic 3D graphics upgrade.

If you liked the first game, just play the first game. Jumping into this feet first will leave you lost, it's a different game entirely. The few QoL changes are dwarfed by the major changes. What's the point of an RTS if you can't even build units and have to rely on the game to do it for you? At the very least, I did go AFK for about an hour and a half in my first game and it managed itself since so much is automatic.

It looks like a Unity game, feels like a Unity game, and certainly plays like a Unity game.

This game would be great if I could get my friends together to play it more than once a year. It's tough to get into, long, boring, confusing, but can be really rewarding if you stick with it. I think you need some friends to play it with though (at least 1) 4/5 you should try it.

It's like DOTA and LoL but it's an FPS so not really. I didn't really like it, not really my cup of tea. 2/5

It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ flash browser game. But it's also so much more than that. This game really speaks to me on it's deep narrative of life and death. Mostly death. You will die a lot. You will get pissed right the ♥♥♥♥ off. 4/5 the price is right pick it up and feel the pain youself.

A really great game until Valve disowned it. Since they ported all the maps from this into L4D2 there is really no reason to buy this. Valve acts like it doesn't exist and they gave us a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken DLC before pumping out a sequel less than a year after release. 4/5 for the game, 0/5 for Valve.

Brings a fresh new look to Counter Strike. Different enough from CS:S that it doesn't feel like the same game and for this price, worth it. It does have that stupid TF2-like microtransactions though. 4/5.

It could have been a Zelda clone with a God-tier waifu. Instead we got a Zelda clone with a God-tier waifu and no boss fights. Could have been at great game but publisher/time constraints made it just an OK game. Level and character designs beautiful, gameplay OK but console-ish, story and combat a little lacking. This game made me realize how important boss fights are to video games. Still, best hair of any game ever thanks to PhysX. 5/5 buy it just for the hair.

Pay to win: the game. It has a really great concept that was kinda spoiled by the microtransaction F2P stuff. You get to customize your weapons and gear but it doesn't matter because its almost impossible to buy forever. 3/5 give it a shot, but I would love to see it come back in a paid sequel.
