Undertale is an oldschool-style RPG clearly inspired by Earthbound, but it plays very differently.

To say anything more would spoil too much. Playing it is as much a game as it's an experience.
It'll take hold of your emotions and twist them in ways you never thought a game could.

To sum things up:
* Fun, challenging gameplay
* Multiple paths, endings and replayability
* Unforgettable cast of characters that you'll find yourself growing attached to
* Phenomenal soundtrack (I highly recommend getting the combo pack)
* Complex and moving story

Tips for newcomers:
- Stock up on recovery items. Some bosses are very tough.
- Go pacifist for your first playthrough (you'll find out why later)
- Seriously, do NOT kill ANYTHING on your first run, no matter what

Fun, addicting, gorgeous graphics, funny moments. Kojima's insane attention to detail is in full force with his last Konami game.

Sublime, gorgeous, majestic, epic - all of these terms aptly describe Homeworld.
In this real-time starfleet combat strategy series you play as a spacefaring people in seach of their ancestral home planet, pursued by a merciless empire.
Throughout your journey across the galaxy you encounter friends, foes, ancient alien artifacts, and the lost histories of your people.

This is the most comprehensive remaster I've seen by far, and no series is more deserving of it than Homeworld.

One large Metal Gear level loaded with detail and lots of things to do. A short but sweet mission.
Runs smooth as butter on maxed out settings and the keyboard+mouse controls work surprisingly well.
Bring on The Phantom Pain! :D

A fitting tribute to the classic 1979 film. Pure intensity. There's never a moment where you feel safe in this game.

This isn't the kind of horror game with a lot of cheap, jump-out scares as you might expect, instead it's this sustained, pervasive, heart-pounding sense anxiety and dread. And that's what makes it work so well; you feel so accomplished every time you successfully sneak past the Alien and complete an objective.

Freespace 2 is THE space combat sim that all others are compared to.

Even if you aren't normally into sims, it is well designed, easy to pick up and play and has an engaging story.

The training missions and intuitive interface will get you going very quickly after starting.

The mission debriefings are refreshing too; they congratulate you and explain how your actions helped the effort (and sometimes give you medals for valor), so you leave missions feeling accomplished and satisfied.

There's an astonishing sense of scale in this game; you literally feel like a bug compared to some of the capital ships you go up against.

If you emjoyed the X-Wing / TIE Fighter / Colony Wars series, or might be interested in flying a starfighter, check this game out.
