EDIT: Changing my review to positive because I find myself really enjoying the endgame. Doesn't change my feelings on the campaign but I do now think it's worth the slog through it.

The biggest problem with Last Epoch is the terrible campaign, which features a series of static corridors with uninspired objectives over and over again. There's nothing to break up the drudgery aside from the occasional shrine. On top of this the campaign is overly long and unskippable. Just thinking about running a new character through the campaign a second time is making me cringe. It's a fatal flaw in an otherwise decent ARPG with some good mechanisms.

Wish it had more variety in music. That's the only negative I can think of, everything else is damn near perfect.

Love the game but I'm not recommending it to anyone until they remove the rootkit.

Good fighting game mechanisms ruined by the worst launch roster of all time. Something like 60% of the roster is made up of disgusting looking goblins. A terrible shame.

Greedy monetization as well but that goes without saying with Capcom.

I'll never understand the desire to pander to a tiny minority on twitter.

Good game. Reminiscent of Privateer and Freelancer but very much its own thing.

Everything in game feels sluggish and bad. Frame rate is all over the place. Server browser is among the worst I've ever seen. Community is probably fine but I had nothing but terrible experiences.

Some minor issues with the interface, but I have no doubt they'll be fixed.

An embarrassing mess.
