Note: All play was single player. PC is a 10900k/RTX 2080ti. Expect the occasional crash which will kick you back to the last banner/save point.

Forget about the 'ranged/sniper' class. You're going to advance into an area, get swamped by bad guys, run back through the area, kill everything. Do that four or five times per 'level'.

It's pretty to look at but that's all it is; there's very little actual structure to the areas. Lots of open doors you can't enter, invisible walls, etc. Bosses are accompanied by, you guessed it, another huge number of bad guys. If you try and concentrate on the boss, the multitudes get you. Work on the fodder, the boss constantly throws their 'special ability' which usually amounts to limiting your movement and putting obstacles in your way while dropping some special form of damage on you. Fire, electric, poison, pick one.

I made the mistake of buying this through Green Man Gaming and tried to refund after five hours. I was told:
Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of the games we sell and in accordance with our refund policy we are regrettably unable to offer you a refund on your purchase.

I have deleted my Green Man Gaming account. I expect I'll end up playing this through on world tier 1 just to see the 'story'. The overall idea is novel. The plot, characters, and overall feel comes across like bad propaganda. Bad guys are really bad, good guys are very good, with little to no grey area. The voice acting comes across as 'Here's another boring line' semi-monotone.

I owned the pen & paper version back in the day (CP2013 & CP2020). CP 2077 is the game I always wanted to play on the computer. Fantastic gun play, the tech is real and useful, lots of different ways to play with differing outcomes. It's demanding from a hardware point of view but worth it. I'm running an i9-10900k and a 3080 Ti @ 3440x1440 Gsync-Ultimate. Using the GeForce Experience settings it rarely drops below 70-80fps.

A solid shooter with an intriguing story line. Semi-open world and no rush to be moved along.

The high point of the Far Cry series. Great bad guys, great environment, good weapon handling.

One of the best combinations of game play, story, and humor in the gaming world. Very easy to get into, great humor with solid and enjoyable mechanics under the hood. Buy the complete pack; the series is great fun!

It's driving a truck.... right? So why is it soothing and challenging at the same time?

I have to give props to this DLC just for the fact it exists. The GAT V pack came out shortly before Grand Theft Auto Five (aka GTA V).
