one of the worst vr games i ever played. if you like it, you have a mental condition

considering whiners are review bombing this game, decided to upvote it. its a great game. dont like having to buy it from epic, then dont buy it or get it on consoles. grow up

right now, cant recommend this game. even though this is early access, framerate is all over the place, game is barely playable, crashed aleardy some times. and then when it does work, gunplay is ridiculous. even tap firing and being accurate, you rarely kill an enemy. whole damage model/management is on the wrong side of difficult, for the sake of being " l33t hardcore". its not, its just broken. this is not how gunplay should be in a game.
im sure there will be a dozen players defending the gunplay here, but chances are you'll only be playing with that handful of "r3al harc0re play3rz" in the near future.

Dont believe the majority of steam reviews. The game is getting review-bombed because of the introduction of paid mods. The game is good.

As a game, its (today) not very good anymore. Positive reviews over here seem more based on nostalgia and on "how many great memories" the player had when playing this game back on the PS2. I get it... also love Goldeneye... but both games aged badly. Also tried Battlefield 2 the other day, the same disapointment.

if you have windows 10, be prepared to ask for a refund if you buy this. many windows 10 users, me included, are having trouble launching the game under windows 10.
as crazy as it may seem, incompetent codemasters released a game that barelly supports that OS. every developer there should be ashamed to release such sloppy codding (codemasters, huh?!)

More a VR experience than a game, its just lacks competent gamedesign to be any fun. But its a good VR introduction

Ok, cant complain much, had Skyrim Legendary Edition, so got this "Special Edition" upgrade for free. But this is a very poor coding job. Its bugged & badly optimized (have 40-50fps on a i7 with a gtx 970, no matter what quality settings i use), even after installing the newest geforce drivers.
if you plan on actually buying this game... dont. Wait for an update, or two.
