Might not be the most finished game and honestly kinda shallow on some aspects BUT it is still probably the best game of it's kind and overall this genre. If you just yearn a futuristic sci-fi/cyberpunk style game, just get some mods and then you've got exactly that on your hands after that.

Game from 2011 patched and fixed with mods to be on par with some modern titles. Truly a fantastic once in a lifetime experience, after you get to actually playing it after troubleshooting 200 mods for 30h that is.
