Works fine at 60fps using medium settings on my mid-range desktop (3.5GHz quad-core Ryzen, GTX 1060 mini, 16GB RAM) with stuttering only when flying near a huge city. There's an optimisation update out on 27 July 2021 which should improve that.

As for actually flying, with just a keyboard and mouse you'll have a terrible time. At a minimum, use a controller (I use an X-Box 360 one and it works very well). Set up a deadzone in the settings if there's drifting.

If you just want to try it out and are aware the installation will take up all the refund time, install it through Gamepass which only costs €1 for the first month. If you want, you can buy it outright there for a discount when you have that pass.

The servers are down and they're still selling this.

If you have a controller, it's great. If not, don't bother.

Excellent game. I've haven't had to do anything to get it running on Windows 10, besides choosing "Create local account" for Games for Windows Live.

More suitable for a free flash game, and a bad one at that.

It's buggier than an anthill, so expect to use the console on a few occasions, but the depth and detail in the game make it worthwhile.

Excellent, but can be difficult as you need to control every responder and vehicle manually.

Once you get past the first few missions, you will see that this is one of the best games of its type. The minigames are the almost the same as Saints Row 2, but they have been altered to fit the superpowers. There is a good storyline, and the game took me 25.6 hours to finish (Including the DLC, and I have not collected every collectible).

I highly recommend this game, and I prefer it to even GTA 5.
