Unscheduled Downtime Continues

The site was back online for around 4-5 hours before going offline again. We're doing all we can to try and get the website back online but all of our support requests have to go through the datacenter and isolating the cause of this without physical access to the hardware is tedious and slow.

Again, I can't stress enough how sorry we are for this inconvenience. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you guys to invite your friends that also use TF2 Outpost to this group, as in these events it's a useful tool for distributing information.

We sincerely apologise for the current outage, which is being caused by a problem with the network switch that serves our servers inside the datacenter. It is currently being worked on, but an ETA is unknown at this point.
